IDICARE currently has the Pre-Reservation option for purchasing the Clock and Access to the IDICARE Health Technologies Platform. The 1st delivery to Pre-Reservations made in Portugal is scheduled for the beginning of December 2019. Pre-bookings may eventually be canceled, the cancellation having to be communicated to our Sales Department, and in order to cancel your Pre-Booking and refund of the amount charged. This amount to be refunded, may eventually have costs of account maintenance and transfers, for which we anticipate about 25% of the amount in question, for administrative costs.
If it is necessary to return a product for exchange or credit, or if there is a discrepancy in the order, you must inform IdiCare and obtain a return authorization. To return and exchange products, follow these steps:
1. Within 8 days of receiving the product, contact the Customer Support Department to obtain the return authorization.
2. After obtaining authorization, the products must be returned within a maximum period of 8 days.
3. In some cases, returns for credit may be subject to a fee corresponding to 25% of the product´s value for reintroduction into stock, in particular when the products ordered have been produced to order.
Shipments of products for return must meet the following requirements:
1. Products must be returned in the original packaging, in good condition and with all the original labels. All returned items will be inspected for condition. The credit will only be issued for products returned in new condition. Credit will not be issued for products that are not new.
2. All transportation costs will be borne by the customer.
3. All solutions and reagents to be returned must be in the original packaging and closed. Only unopened solutions and reagents can be returned.
IDICARE reserves the right to modify the design, construction and appearance of its products without prior notice.
